Our Services:

We offer the following services to any K-12 child in the Harford County or surrounding areas.

Individual Tutoring

$50 per hour (no commitment)
$140 for one session a week (one month)
$200 for two sessions a week (one month)

- Individual tutoring is intended for students needing one on one assistance in a specific subject. The student’s tutoring sessions will be designed around the student’s current level, learning style, and goals. Individual tutoring is available for the following subjects:

Phonics Based Reading
Reading Comprehension
Literature
Writing
Basic Mathematics
Pre-Algebra

Algebra
Geometry
Trigonometry
Pre-Calculus
Test Prep (ACT, PSAT, SAT, HSPT)

Group Tutoring

Group of 2-3 students
$25 per hour per student (no commitment)
$70 for one session a week per student (one month)
$100 for two sessions a week per student (one month)

- Group tutoring is designed for students of the same ability requiring the assistance in the same subject. Group tutoring will consist of one tutor and 2 - 3 students. This option allows for cost sharing. We will take the first tutoring session to ensure that the group dynamics are appropriate so that each student’s needs are met.

Homeschool Help

$50 per hour per family (no commitment)
$140 for one session a week per family (one month)
$200 for two sessions a week per family (one month)

- Homeschool help is offered for individuals or families who would like assistance with subjects learned in the homeschool environment. Homeschool help can be family based or individually based. Each session is one hour long and distinctive to the needs of your family. Curriculum and subjects will be discussed individually to ensure that we are a good fit for your family.

Small Group Classes

Need a minimum of 3 students
$150 per 15 - week semester per student

- Small group classes are for homeschooling families. They are community-based classes meant to meet the needs of area homeschoolers. Classes will run once the minimum registration of 3 students is met. Possible classes are:

Writing
Lower and Upper School Mathematics
History
Lower and Upper School Sciences
Phonics Instruction

German
Speech
Debate
Music
Bible

Homeschool Consulting

$100 for initial consult
Additional help provided throughout the year

- Homeschool consulting is a service meant for new home educators. These services are broken into 2 sessions. The first session will be 1 hour so that we can understand your family’s needs. This will give us time to address your needs and gather the necessary information for you. The next session will be 2 hours in length. You will leave with the resources and knowledge necessary to set up your year of homeschooling. Once you have completed both sessions, we are available for follow up phone calls throughout the year. Portfolio support is also available at an additional cost.

Specialty Workshops/Camps

Individually priced

- Specialty workshops and camps are meant to be an intense, condensed jump start to meet students’ educational goals. Workshop times will vary based on the subject matter. Possible workshops:

Test Prep (ACT, PSAT, SAT, HSPT)
Creative Writing
STEM projects
Spelling Bee practice

Large Group Classes

$150 per 15 - week semester per student

*family discount can be discussed

- Large group classes are designed for homeschool students. These classes are intended for students to have social interaction and enjoyment with other students in subjects created to be enriched by larger groups. Possible large group classes:

Physical Education
Cooperative Music
Drama Production
Art
Science with experiments

Peer editing and writing
Debate
German
Bible - Discussion based
